About this item
ANT Esports Flora Sports Digital Weighing Scale Review
Keeping track of body weight at home does not require a complicated smart scale. The ANT Esports Flora Sports Digital Weighing Scale focuses on straightforward weight measurement with a high-precision strain sensor, LCD display, tempered glass platform, and automatic operation. With a maximum capacity of 180 kg, it is designed for regular household weight tracking.
180 kg Capacity with 50g Graduation
The Flora Sports supports body weights from approximately 5 kg up to 180 kg and measures in 50g increments. This makes it suitable for everyday weight tracking when you want to monitor changes over time.
For the most consistent readings, place the scale on a hard, flat surface and try to weigh yourself under similar conditions each time.
High-Precision Strain Sensor
The scale uses a high-precision strain sensor to detect weight. You simply step onto the platform and the scale automatically begins measuring, so there is no need to manually switch it on before every use.
It also includes automatic zero reset and auto shut-off, helping keep operation simple while conserving battery power.
5mm Tempered Glass Platform
The weighing surface is made from 5mm tempered glass with a platform measuring approximately 26 x 26 cm.The glass gives the scale a clean, modern appearance while providing a stable surface for regular home use.
As with any glass scale, it should be handled carefully and kept on an even floor rather than being dropped or placed on unstable surfaces.
Clear LCD Display
A 60 x 26mm LCD display shows the weight reading in kilograms. The simple digital display makes results easy to read without requiring a smartphone app, Bluetooth connection, or account setup.
This is useful for people who prefer a basic weighing scale rather than a smart model with body-composition estimates and additional tracking features.
Automatic Operation
The Flora Sports includes several convenience features:- Automatic weight detection
- Auto zero reset
- Automatic switch-off
- Low-battery indicator
- Overload warning
It operates using two AAA batteries.

Things to Consider
Body weight naturally changes throughout the day because of food, water intake, clothing, exercise, and other factors. A single measurement is therefore less useful than looking at weight trends over time. For better consistency, use the scale on the same hard surface and weigh yourself at roughly the same time of day.
This is also a body-weight scale, not a medical diagnostic device. It should not be used to diagnose health conditions or make treatment decisions.

If you prefer a straightforward digital weighing scale rather than a feature-heavy smart scale, the Flora Sports is worth considering for regular home use.
